Here at Flamingo and Bear our priority is to provide beautiful paper goods with the highest customer service. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions, but if you still have any more please contact us here.
All our products are printed in our studio once your order is placed. I will aim to print and post your order within 1-3 days via Royal Mail 2nd class however please be aware there may be slight delays within the postal service.
During busy periods our print to delivery times may be extended however I will add a note to our homepage of our lead times if this was to occur.
Free Royal Mail Second Class Delivery is automatically applied when your basket total reaches £30.00 or over.

A5 Prints, Gift Tags, Cake Toppers and Busy Cards Expansion Packs
– Royal Mail Second Class Delivery P&P is £2.95. – Royal Mail First Class Delivery P&P is £3.50.
A4 Prints, Milestone cards and Busy Cards original pack
– Royal Mail Second Class Delivery P&P is £3.95. – Royal Mail First Class Delivery P&P is £4.95.
Personalised
Personalised details are to be checked at the time of placing your order it is the responsibility of you the customer to ensure all details are correct. Any item that is personalised is unfortunately non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your item is damaged when you receive it, we ask you report the damage within 5 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the damage and damaged packaging. We will then replace/refund your item. If we do ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping & receipt (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from us.
Non personalised
If you have changed your mind please inform us within 28 days of receiving your order. As soon as we have received your item back in its original condition we shall issue you with a refund. All return postage costs are payable by the customer and we require that you obtain proof of postage when sending your order back.

All of our packaging has been sourced to be as eco friendly as possible, it can all be recycled or composted.
