Thank you for visiting Flamingo and Bear. Throughout these Terms and Conditions the terms “we” “our” and “us” will refer to Flamingo and Bear. Please read these terms of service carefully, by ticking the box at checkout you agree to our complete terms and conditions. By completing and submitting your order (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice and you are strongly advised to check the current terms and conditions each time you order from us.

Safety
Children’s safety is a priority. Every storytime wand is tested and approved. All our toys are in compliance with EN71 and bears the UKCA/CE marks, which confirms they passed all tests.

UK Delivery
All delivery details, including address, must be correct at the time of placing your order. We will not take responsibility for any parcels lost due to inaccurate/incomplete delivery address given by the customer.
Free Royal Mail Second Class Delivery is automatically applied when your basket total reaches £30.00 or over.
Greeting cards
– Royal Mail Second Class Delivery P&P is £1.95. – Royal Mail First Class Delivery P&P is £2.25.
A5 Prints, Gift Tags, Cake Toppers and Busy Cards Expansion Packs
– Royal Mail Second Class Delivery P&P is £2.95. – Royal Mail First Class Delivery P&P is £3.50.
A4 Prints, Milestone cards and Busy Cards original pack
– Royal Mail Second Class Delivery P&P is £3.95. – Royal Mail First Class Delivery P&P is £4.95.
Deliveries outside the UK
F&B are pleased to be able to send items internationally, all shipping rates are stated at checkout depending on location. International Standard orders are sent out via the Royal Mail and starting prices are listed below:

A4 Prints, Milestone cards and Busy Cards original pack – P&P is £20.00.
International deliveries usually take 10-15 working days but can take up to 32 working days. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.
Please be aware that customs charges may occur depending on your location. Customs charges are payable by the customer.
Lost Deliveries
If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us with your name, order number and full address and we will look into it straight away. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days after expected delivery for UK deliveries, and up to 32 working days for international orders. We cannot claim the delivery lost, and therefore refund or send replacements until that time has passed.
If you are not in when your order is delivered, Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. This card will give you the details of how to pick up the order and will provide a specified period that pick up is available. Royal Mail keep these parcels for 18 working days and then they are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us we will need to charge for re-posting the items to you.
Covid-19 and Post Delays
There are still post delays worldwide due to covid-19, please understand that this is out of our control, and whilst we will do our best to keep our customers informed of any delays it is impossible to keep up with all the changes.
If your order is damaged (includes personalised items), please can you report this to us within 5 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. We will then replace/refund your order. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping & receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Please do not return an item without agreement from us first.
Returns
If you do need to return your items (excludes all personalised items), please ensure they are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, within 28 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the return delivery cost. Once we receive the returned item(s) and they are in a perfect saleable condition, we will credit your original method of payment. Should you need to return your item(s), please get in touch at hello@flamingoandbear.com and we will be able to help resolve your issue.

Terms of Use of the Website
The Customer is not permitted to bypass or hack the security applications of the Website.
The Customer is not permitted to use the Website in such a way as to harm the proper functioning of the computer systems of Flamingo and Bear or third parties or hinder or prevent other users from using the Website.
Wholesale
You may price higher than our RRP if you wish, but we ask that you refrain from pricing under our RRP on a permanent basis. You may sell our products in your own store and on your own store’s website. However, you are not permitted to sell our products on online marketplaces such as Notonthehighstreet, Ebay, Etsy and Amazon. You are not permitted to alter Flamingo and Bear products in any way or sell to another company. Flamingo and Bear will not accept liability for damage caused by unsafe installation of our products.
It is the trade customer’s responsibility to deliver the parcel safely, and to notify the end-customer of all information regarding the dispatch, progress, delay, or any issues arising during the shipment/delivery of the parcel. If the end-customer changes their mind upon receiving a product and wishes to return the product, the product is to be returned to the trade customer and the product will remain the property of the trade customer, Flamingo and Bear will not accept returns unless faulty/damaged/lost during shipment to the trade customer. The trade customer accepts all responsibility for any personal damage claims or disputes made by the end-customer and Flamingo and Bear will not be liable.
Liability
Functioning of the Website may be interrupted by, for instance, a malfunction or maintenance. Flamingo and Bear is not liable due to temporary unavailability of the Website.
